What our customers say about us

Our Reviews

I recently bought a 2016 Audi A6 Allroad Japanese import from Darwen, and like anyone buying a second-hand vehicle, I naturally had a few reservations at first. The car itself is immaculate, excellent value for money, and very high spec (even better than expected) for a really decent price. You can tell it has been well looked after. We did have a couple of issues after purchase, but to be fair, all cars can have issues at some point, and these were not Darwen’s fault. For me, what really matters is how the seller responds when something does come up, and their response was the best I could have hoped for. Addas was excellent throughout: great communication, polite, helpful, and nothing was ever too much trouble. That level of customer service gave me real confidence and made the whole experience a positive one. I would absolutely recommend Darwen and already have done to friends. Highly recommended. J. Lewis from South Wales.

I recently bought a Toyota Vellfire, a Japanese import, from Darwen Motor Company, and the experience was flawless from start to finish. The buying process was smooth, transparent, and customer-focused. Clear communication, no pushy sales tactics, and prompt responses to all questions. Finance and paperwork were handled efficiently, with plenty of options to suit my needs. The vehicle itself is a head-turner everywhere I go. Striking design and presence on the road; people consistently notice it. Comfortable, well-appointed interior with thoughtful features that make daily driving a pleasure. Smooth performance and impressive build quality for a car of its class. Import quality and condition The Toyota Vellfire arrived in excellent condition, with a meticulous pre-delivery inspection. All import documentation was complete and easy to verify. No hidden issues or surprises; everything felt right from day one. Aftercare and service So far , Post-purchase support has been excellent, with quick help for initial setup needs. Honest recommendations for maintenance and care, not just upsell pressure. Access to reliable service centers and genuine parts has been straightforward. Overall impression Darwen Motor Company delivers a standout buying experience for Japanese imports. The Vellfire has exceeded expectations in terms of style, comfort, and reliability. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a premium, attention-grabbing vehicle with confident import sourcing.
